I am currently studying Professional Policing at Liverpool John Moores University and I am gathering data for my dissertation. My research question is:

Are the strategies used by police officers at football matches both effective and ethical in maintaining public order?

My aim is not only to interview police officers, but also to gain a fan perspective of policing at football matches. If you attend Everton FC matches, home or away, I would appreciate it greatly if you could fill out the following survey:

Public Order Policing at Football Matches

Thanks in advance

I filled your survey in a few weeks ago, George. I hope you got a few more fans to help you gauge some idea's on The police go about their duties, particularly at football matches, good luck George.

By the way Tranmere Rovers had a good goalkeeper with the same name as yourself many years ago from the south end of the city, are you any relation?

Good work George. I hope your committee gives you all the support and guidance needed to produce an influential dissertation.

I would like to know the responsibility of the stewards in addition to the policing. I'm sure l wasn't the only one concern with the amount of kopite kids invading our pitch last week.
