Everton U18s 1 - 0 Derby County U18s

Everton U18s secured a last-minute win over Derby County this evening at Finch Farm in their 3rd game of the season.

No score in the first half.  No score in the second half... until the 90th minute, when substitute Jack Tierney scored what would be the winning goal. Game over.

Everton U18s: Graham, O Samuels-Smith (76' Tierney), Wright, Jones, I Samuels-Smith, Patterson, Barker (84' Beaumont-Clark), Apter, Sherif [Y:32'], Heath, Ebere.
Subs not Used: G Pickford, Bates, Djankpata.

I believe this was a match in the u18 PL Cup, Derby, Chelsea and Southampton are in our Group and we play them home and away ie. It wasn’t a U18/PL ( North) league game.

Edit to above, the Group stage of the PL Cup is not home and away games, we only play teams once. We play Chelsea away next then Southampton at home to complete the group.
