Leeds Utd U21s 1 – 1 Everton U21s
Everton U21s took home a point from their visit to the Leeds Utd Academy on Monday night in Premier League 2.
Katia Kouyate got the first goal of the game when he drove his way to the byeline and squeezed in a fine finish from the narrowest of angles.
Not to be outdone, the home side scored a similar goal just before the break, and that’s how it stayed to the end.
Kingsford Boyake came off the bench for only his second appearance since joining the Blues 2 months ago.
Everton U21s: G Pickford, Dixon, Hunt, Welch, Onyango, Butterfield (77′ Jones), John (76′ Boyake), Armstrong, Whitaker, Metcalfe, Kouyate (68′ Catesby).
Subs not Used: Barnsley, Tierney.
