Everton U18s 1 - 1 Blackburn Rovers U18s

Everton U18s were held to a 1-1 draw by Blackburn Rovers in the U18 Premier League North at Finch Farm on Tuesday night.

The visitors opened the scoring 10 minutes before half-time – but the young Blues responded after the interval with Melvin Matos getting them back into it on 55 minutes.

Everton pushed for a winner in the closing stages and registered 23 shots to Blackburn's four on the night but the visitors held on for a point.

Everton U18s: Lukjanciks, Freedman (66' Poland), Lambert, Davis (66' Finney), Gardner, Foster, Nsangou, Akarakiri (45' Olayiwola), Robert (72' Stewart), Matos, Wren (72' Moses).
