Kevin Mirallas scored in Belgium's 3-0 win over Serbia; Leighton Baines and Phil Jagielka were part of England's 5-0 win over San Marino. John Heitinga played for Holland as they beat Andorra 3-0.

Nikica Jelavic played 65 minutes as Croatia won 2-1 in Macedonia, while Bryan Oviedo played in Costa Rica's 1-0 win over El Salvador and Tim Howard helped the USA beat Antigua and Barbuda 2-1.

Seamus Coleman's first competitive start for Ireland proved to be a hellish evening as they crashed 6-1 at home to Germany.

Got to say the standard of linesman at the international stage is just as horrific as the Premier League. Mirallas is a good 3-4 yards offside for his goal.

Nice finish though...

3-4 yards!

My view on Eurosport was almost in line but probably slightly off.

Let's get a good old fashioned abusive debate going :-) "Kris, good job then you weren't the linesman because you are equally as bad"

And I agree – nice finish.
