Excellent read.

Given the financials constraints we are under, the desire to return to attractive football amongst many and the standards we expect of a manager Martinez does tick many boxes. Interesting to see he always develops the system to fit the players, not the other way around. I wonder what he will do with our lot?

Having read this, if we are truly 'The School of Science' then Martinez should be given a chance.
