Didn't we let them have Pienaar ??
That report is a load of baloney which is par for the course in the case of the Mail.

We didn't let them loan Pienaar — they bought him as he didn't want to sign an extension with us.

John, he probably read it in The Guardian.

He would add precisely nothing to our squad. If anything, the move would strengthen Spurs!

Samuel, is there a follow up?

He would only sit on our bench so not much point. What about going for Malouda at Chelski? Out of contract in the summer. Might give us a boost on the wings but a lot depends on his wage demands!

Strengthen us? Really? He'd pad out the bench at best. I would rather have Hitz in the middle as at least he has ability on the ball! Wrong move if there is anything in this!

Everton have denied it, after all it's the Daily Mail FFS. I would not even have a bag of chips wraped up in that usless paper.
