Everton are being linked with a move for Lazio right back, Pedro Cavanda who could be available this summer.

The 22 year-old, born in Angola but registered to Belgium, has had spells on loan at Torino and Bari and could not be looking for a move to gain regular first-team action.

I think we are pretty well stocked for right backs. It's every other position that we need to sort first.

We don't need a right back. We need a long term replacement for Pienaar as he is over 30 and we need a new forward, and with the Fella money we need to get another creative mid and at least another one.

He also plays left back so cover/replacement for Baines/Oviedo, unless its the end of the road for Hibbert. I suppose it could always help if we needed to push Coleman further up with Mirallas up front.

Isn't Stones a right back...? But then again he's only 18 so his chance will probably coincide with the 2020 Olympics.

Yeah. At least they should make stories up about players in positions that we actually need to strengthen. It would be a little more interesting then. Lazy journalism, they don't even bother to check who we have before they come out with this crap.
