U21s complete dramatic fightback against Chelsea

Everton Under-21s came back from two down to beat Chelsea 3-2 thanks to a late goal by Chris Long after a brace by Hallam Hope had brought the Blues back level with 23 minutes to go.

The visitors had roared into a 2-0 lead with just 15 minutes on the clock when first Loftus-Cheek and then Swift beat Mason Springthorpe.

Everton rallied after half time, though, and Hope scored twice in 15 minutes to make it 2-2.

Then in the 83rd minute, Blackman fouled Duffus leading to a penalty for the Blues and though Lundstram's spot kick was saved, Long tucked home the rebound.
