Baines makes world 20 shortlist

Leighton Baines is one of 20 players on the shortlist for FIFA FIFPro World XI 2013, one of eight Premier League players named.

The recognition is a reflection of the fullback's excellent form over the past year which has seen him become one of Everton's most important players, an England regular and a sought-after target for Champions, Manchester United.

Baines' rival for the left-back slot in Roy Hogdson's team, Ashley Cole, is the only other Englishman on the list.
