Traore to undergo tests on fresh hamstring injury

Everton's medical staff will assess the extent of the injury to Lacina Traore's hamstring after the Ivorian pulled up during the pre-match warm-up at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

Having recovered from the hamstring injury he was carrying when he signed on loan from Monaco last month, Traore was due to make his Premier League debut after Roberto Martinez named him in the starting XI to face Chelsea.

According to the Echo, he tweaked the hamstring in his other leg on Saturday, however, and must now wait to find out how much longer he will be out of action.
