AGM date finally set for 29 April
In past years, the AGM has typically occurred mid-season, but, after being suspended since 2008 following bad feelings over the Destination Kirkby fiasco, it has drifted to the end of the season, coming on the heels of the delayed publication of Everton's Annual Report and Accounts for shareholders back in January.
Specific points of business already announced to shareholders include:
- — Proposed amendments to the Articles of Association
- — A Report from the CEO Robert Elstone
- — A Report from the Team Manager Roberto Martinez
AGMs were reinstated on a vote at last year's Emergency General Meeting, forced by the Everton Shareholders Association.
