Interest in young Belgian duo mooted

It's not the first time that Praet has been linked with Everton; the 21-year-old playmaker was mentioned as a possible target last summer and there was strong speculation that West Bromwich Albion had had an offer for him turned down.

Tielemans, meanwhile, is rated as the latest hot teenageprospect to come out of Belgium and, given the presence of Romelu Lukaku, Kevin Mirallas and David Henen at Goodison Park, links with the Blues are inevitable.

Everton representatives are regular observers of Jupiler League matches so Belgian sources aren't reading too much into their presence at Anderlecht but both Praet and Tielemans are being watched closely by a number of clubs.
