Everton inquired about Pellegrini

18/04/2016  0 Comment  [Jump to last]

The claim is made by Super Deporte in a story about Valencia's apparent efforts to tempt the Chilean back to La Liga where he managed Villarreal.

Valencia are still looking for a long-term replacement for Gary Neville whom they sacked recently after an poor run of results and their exit from the Europa League.

Pellegrini has already won the League Cup as City boss this season and guided them to the semi-finals of the Champions League but the decision to replace him with Pep Guardiola was made as far back as January.
