Financial Fair Play or Financial Unfair Play?

02/06/2017Financial Fair Play (FFP). I have researched, read and read again. I still can't work it out. From my (limited) understanding of FFP, a club has to make a profit, in order to buy. If there is no profit, a club must "sell to buy".
