Via journalist Priya Ramesh, Algemeen Dagblad report that the 6' 2" could be available for around €8.5m (roughly £7.2m) and that Everton are potential suitors. The Mail and the Daily Star are also now reporting the Blues' interest in the 22-year-old, going as far as to claim that the club have opened talks with Utrecht over a deal.

The Frenchman, reputedly also a target for the likes of Tottenham and Crystal Palace, has spent two seasons at the Eredivisie side, the first on loan, since joining from Auzerre and has notched 30 goals in 52 games for them.
