With a reputed move for Graziano Pellਠhaving fallen through when the Italian striker opted for a move to the Chinese league, the Blues are being linked with a number of players in a similar mould, with 31-year-old Llorente the latest one to come through the rumour mill.

The Spanish international is no longer considered a first-choice option at Sevilla and ESPN claim that sources close to the forward have told them that Everton are interested.

No fee is mentioned but Pellà¨'s proposed move to Goodison was pegged at around £16m, considered a hefty fee for a player of his age.
