The 21-year-old has yet to sign a new contract with the Serie A club, a situation not helped by an apparent row he had with coach Simone Inzaghi in August, with the latter accusing him of faking an injury to "facilitate a transfer," and that has alerted the likes of Juventus and both Milan clubs.

Steve Walsh would also seem, if there is any truth to this story, to be interested in the Spanish-born €25m-rated player who has scored 13 times in 83 appearances for Lazio since 2013.
