Everton weigh improved bid for Charlton starlet

The Mirror claim that the League One club have already turned down a £7m bid for Lookman who they say is also being watched by Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool, while Daily Star and Sunday Express reporter Paul Brown says that the Blues have watched him extensively.

Further rumours suggest that Everton director of football Steve Walsh has checked Lookman out himself but it's unlikely the Addicks will get their asking price for an England U20 player.
