Everton have had a £3m offer for Josh Bowler rejected by Queens Park Rangers according to Sky Sports.
0 Comment The 18-year-old midfielder has been attracting attention from Premier League clubs but the Blues have come forward with a concrete bid if this claim is correct.
Bowler would be the latest teenage signing identified by Steve Walsh as a highly promising addition to the Finch Farm Academy with a view to eventually breaking into the first team.
