With Ronald Koeman and Steve Walsh having missed out on Sandro who appears to have an agreement to join Atletico Madrid when their transfer ban is lifted in January, speculation is moving to other targets and Falcinellii is one of them.

The 25-year-old had a strike rate of just over a goal every three games for Sassuolo last season and has just received his first call-up to the senior Italian side.

He is supposedly also being watched by Torino who could be preparing for life without Andrea Belotti.
