The Blues were in danger of losing the promising young defender, originally signed from Newcastle United, in the summer when his contract ran out but they have now tied him down on new terms that expire in 2022.
The 19-year-old played for the first-team during pre-season last July but has endured an injury-hit campaign for the Under-23s and he is hoping to get some games under his belt at Fleetwood before returning to Finch Farm to push for a berth in the senior side or going on a further loan next season.

If he can play regular football at a decent professional level playing against experienced strikers he'll hopefully learn and improve.
Good luck, seems a good prospect but a long way to go.
