Aston Villa U21s 2 - 1 Everton U21s

Everton U21s lost to Aston Villa tonight in Premier League 2 at their Bodymoor Heath Training Ground, kick-off at 7:00 pm GMT.

Everton went behind to an early goal inside 10 minutes but Halid Djankpata put them level soon after the break. Despite six yellow cards for the home side, they were able to score what would be the winning goal on 69 minutes.

Our new player from Italy, Boakye, should have earned us a penalty after the Villa 'keeper caught him very late, but penalties and Everton are strangers.

Boakye, our new Ghanaian forward had a good lively game playing wide on the left and Dixon had a good game according to one Everton fan who watched the game which finished with a 2-1 loss to Everton.
