The Transgressions of Mr Coote

Just a quick comment. Given David Coote's recent transgressions, things get worse with him.

Apparently, it is being very strongly rumoured that back in 2019 he was overheard in a discussion about the giving of a yellow card before a game.

If this is proved, then surely the can of worms would be so large it could engulf football?

It might be that he was stupid and or careless. It might be the last in a long list of his misdemeanours.

And is it just him or are their other referees out there doing the same?

Coote has acknowledged that he did have a conversation along these lines, but that it was just banter.

Everybody knows the dice is loaded. Where there's money, there's corruption. Football has become one of the most lucrative sports around. We know it's rife in South America, why would it be different in Europe?

My own conspiracy theory is very deep on this subject because when a few referees, were pictured innocently having drinks with a few ladies of the night, during a holiday in Dubia, it got me thinking about the scene in the godfather, after the sheriff turned on Michael, when he was trying to move into Vegas!

Innocent pictures on the internet, but we won’t release the videos we secretly recorded just as long as you work for us. No wonder Coote wants out!!!

How is this fella any worse than Clattenberg, stealing a living as an honorable ref in Slippy G's back pocket, financial irregularites, so-called ref adviser for Forest and the so-called hard man of gladiators?
