Tomasz Rad-Sinkski

Everton signed Tomasz Radzinski during the summer of 2002. After initial wrangling over a valuation, £4.5M was the final bid which sealed the deal and brought Anderlecht?s top scorer in the Champions League to Goodison Park.

Just two years later, after rejecting a three-year contract he had requested from Everton, he was sounding off in the media, Ratzinski was blatantly constructing his own exit from Everton. However, the summer of 2004 was a time of high sensitivity due to the Rooney saga and an apparent attempt by the Daily Mirror to portray us as the new ?crisis club? ? the new Leeds.

How ironic it is then that only 3 years later (the length of time offered to Radzinski on a new contract), after an event-free stint at Fulham, this player who stated that our club was no match for him and that Rooney would be well advised to also jump ship, that this football gypsy is now out of contract and looking to drop two divisions to ply his trade with none other than Leeds United!

Karma is a beautiful thing!

Ha,

Too big for Everton indeed, is that why you went to play for Fulham you piece of s*ite.

Good luck in the doldrums of lower leagues, they’re gonna kick you to bits.

It’s a shame though, we can’t boo him now.

I really liked (that is LIKED) Tomasz he was a good player, very quick just a shame he could only finish 25% of the chances he was given instead of 75% otherwise he may still be with us.

After his acrymonius exit though - to a bigger club?!?!?!? Good riddance and I look forward to seeing him play at 1 o’clock in the morning on ITV4 when I come in pissed from the pub in the highlights program for league one!!!!

Ha Ha Ha.

That’s awesome. I used to really rate him but he was frustrating also. I sat in the stands when he scored against Southampton - goal of the season I think.

Then he back-stabbed us. Nice to see justice done.

Whatever happened to the wonderkid winger (Sean Thingy) who left us to further his career at Fulham? Was his dad employed by us at the time?

You can still boo him. First game for Leeds is in Birkenhead at Prenton Park. Just a Ferry across the Mersey...

Think we should all turn out wearing Everton shirts :-)

Apart from the ’’fat one’’ I can only think of Gary Speed ( he WAS forced out) in recent years who has! done much after leaving Goodison.

Has Gravesen been affected by karma too? Last I heard, Sunderland were making a bid. No offence to the Mackems but it’s hardly Real Madrid!

Phil Bellis wants to know whatever happened to Sean ( Docherty ? ). Me, I still want to know what happened to Martin Murray.

I can’t take any comfort or delight from it; it’s a sad indictment of the modern ’game’, this ’grass-is-always-greener’ syndrome that affects seemingly every player nowadays. Who know which of our current players (or may be as yet unsigned players) will be cast in the same mould? How I hate professional footballers! "All we want is them to love our club as much as we love it" as someone once said (well, nearly)... Huh, fat chance.

Sad thing is that he scored some terrific goals for us and was lightening quick. Always scored v Arsenal as well and put one it at Anfield. Don’t know why he came out with all that crap, especially as he was only going to Fulham. All about te money I suppose. Other than the money, he’s got nothing to show for the last 3 years and little to look forward to by the sound of it! Tit.
