The heat and the friction is rising around Goodison and for the first time in many years you can see real discontent with how the club is being run.
Moyes clearly has no say or options in the matter. Given the likely financial status of the club, he saw the sale of Steven Pienaar as good financial business. It was as long as we don't miss him, which we will. Short-term gain for long-term pain never works. We must be down to paying the minimum amount on our credit cards.
So, just where is our esteemed chairman while all this is going on? Not a peep? Of course shit is happening so Davey is on his own.
We deserve answers, we deserve solutions, we need something to cling on to. So step right up Bill Kenwright, the floor is yours, what are you going to do about it?

But rest assured he is looking for some one to buy it.
Only one man will carry the can and that's Davey Moyes, regardless of whether you love or hate the man he will be made to look a complete fuck ? and to me that is very wrong!
I would rather Moyes come out now today, and say we will not sign anyone in this window; it may sting a little, but we can move on with our lives that is good business acumen! Kentight, take note!!
In public, Moyes says he has the best chairman in the Prem and a lot of fans/press/man on the street believe him. After all, he's a true blue, one of us, honest Bill.
The fact that he hasn't put a penny into the club and seems happy to watch it rot doesn't get mentioned in the media.
Course if we beat Chelsea he will be all over the place with the usual shitty rhetoric.
What a bleedin mess...
If we beat Chelsea I don't know if Kenwright will come out and say anything. Because if it's about how we have no money, looking for investors 24/7 etc, then I think it will wind most Blues up even more. Especially if a few days later the transfer window shuts with no new arrivals that would make a difference to the first team, then we have bad results against Arsenal and Blackpool.
Surely he must hate this situation and the fact that it isn't going to change
If EFC cant afford a loanee's wages then JESUS we are truly fucked
cant wait till the big summer sale
He really is the biggest joke in football.
He needs to grow a pair of balls, and come out and tell us, the fans, how it is. But once again, the shite hits the fan, and he goes missing. As mentioned on here, when things are going well, he is fucking everywhere.
At the end of the day, surely he can see there is unrest within the fan base.
There is a growing malaise at the club and he is nowhere to be seen; other people are simply stating what is true: when there are things to boast about/celebrate, he is there at the front of the queue shouting to all who will listen. Now there is a real crisis of confidence and he is ducking the tough stuff.
Bill Kenwright had a billionaire buyer, when Gregg and Granchester wanted to buy the club.
He stopped them, and ever since, he's been looking for a billionaire 24/7.
He's the fuckin joke!
1. It is our club - we the supporters, it is ours
2. Bill is not spending money
So guys either put up or shut up. He owns it not us. He can do what he likes. You get the money, buy him out and then you can spend the money. Until then just keep wasting the tips of your fingers on the keyboard.
Perhaps you'll join me on a pro-BK march this weekend. I can guarantee you Alan, there will only be me, you and Doddy on it.
And Phil are you 10 years old?
Phil #20, you are correct in stating that it's his Club in the obvious majority shareholder sense, but he is also the steward of an institution that was here long before his first appearance on Coronation Street and which will be here long after his last musical is long forgotten. The fans are born, live and die with this Club and it is not unreasonable to complain that the person entrusted with taking care of our great club gives a very good impression of completely arsing it up.
With due respect that is a ridiculous reply.
We all know that Kenwright owns the club. And it's probable that most Evertonians would 'put up' as you say if we had the money.
The issue here is that, if Kenwright doesn't have the money to take us forward, which he clearly hasn't, then surely he should basically fuck off. He keeps saying that he is trying to sell but he clearly isn't ? he is looking for investment that allows him to keep his toy and this attitude is killing us.
Yes, I accept that there have been some dodgy takeovers over the past few years but Kenwright's search for a buyer has simply gone on too long for it to be believed that he genuinely wants to sell.
We are about to exit another transfer window without spending anything other than money generated by sales. That will be something like 5 transfer windows since we have spent 'board generated' money and that is disgraceful.
The supporters are rightly pissed off and as chairman he should have the bollocks the explain but the silence is deafening. Until he makes himself heard, he deserves all the criticism he gets.
I have been critical of Moyes recently but, the more I think about it, the problem is the board ? not Moyes. Never has a ROUSING rendition of SACK THE BOARD ever been more required at our club ....
where did you get this information about the wages not getting paid ?
It is comments like that that start rumours, which are based on what exactly? Which player told you he had not been paid?
I find it increasingly difficult to understand some supporters who seem hell bent on slagging off the club.
Do you not think in this day and age if a premiership club had not paid their players wages we would have heard about it. What is it about supporters who start these stupid rumours. What do people gain from it?
Poor old Dodd will probably be beside himself with worry over his idols bruised ego when the 'Kenwright Out' protest kicks off on Saturday.11.30 start at the Park End apparently.
.Everton Football Club has always prided itself on being ?First'. Ever since the club's inception in 1878 we have been renowned throughout the game for being innovators - a club that's always had the confidence to accomplish new feats and establish new boundaries. We have always been forward thinking and we have always welcomed new initiatives and challenges. We strive to be the best, we endeavour to be ?First' and we do so... because we believe
There's more to Everton than the trophies in the cabinet; we have been constant innovators in the footballing world, ceaselessly striving to be the best, and the first to accomplish new feats, while establishing new norms.
We were the first club to construct a purpose built football stadium. We were the first club to sell tickets via text message.
I think it's nice for Bill to have an imaginary friend who can come on & speak up for him 24/7 on toffeeweb.
He's certainly nicer than all those 'Ex-friends' who don't want to know him anymore.
I will be at the ground at that time on Saturday. Am looking forward to seeing this protest.
The fans of other clubs must be green with envy over that. We might be shit this season but we offer a cracking SMS seat selling service. Let's rush out an official DVD to commemorate such a historic achievement and relive the glory again and again.
Is that a doubting tone i detect? It's certainly cropped up on a fair few Everton forums today.

Seems a bit late in the day to try and be organising something substantial for this weekends game but fair play to them. Hope they get a good number joining in and attract some tv coverage. Although it will probably be branded 'unbelievable' by Kenwrights media chums who all seem to think the sun shines out of his ample artistic arse . Take it you won't be tempted to join in David?
If Kenwright wasn't at the helm and he was sitting watching what we watch this season, what would his opinion be of the current situation at Everton, do you think???
No don't think i will join in. I am going to stick to having a few beers in the winslow.
But the rumour sweeping the club is that Phillip Green has called his loan back in due to M&S having a tough time in the stock market. If that's true then BK is well and truly in the brown stuff, which may force him to sell quickly and at a lower price which will entice buyers and stave off administration, also leaving him well and truly skint and off the board.
There are 3 or 4 very interested potential buyers with real money ,none of whom want to be just investors.
Kenwright must now accept that his leadership is in it's last throws, which also means by default that Moyes's tenure will come to an end as any new owner will be 90% sure to bring in a new manager.
My mate has said that the club shops have been told there will be no new names to learn to print on the shirts.
We didn't even have the finance for a loan deal for Adam Hamill who went to Wolves for £600k!
The loan fee...£350K!
Martin, your mate must be quite high up in the club to know this? Is your mate Robert Elstone or Jon Wood etc?
Don't forget that the kopites were only 5 hours away from administration before the were sold to NESV. A sale buy the way that was forced through by rebel board members so it my well be that the lesser members such as Woods and Elstone are manouevering themselves away from BK especially if Green is calling in his loan... apparently he (Green) is attending Goodison on Saturday, and don't forget -- he's a Spurs fan.
M&S shares aren?t doing all that badly. They?re dipping a little right now because the spending cuts and VAT increase are likely to affect their profitability, but shares are still something in the region of 150 points better than they were two years ago. If there was no pressure to call in the loan then, why now?
Seriously, unless we?re signing someone like Bil.. Billy... Bilyaletdinoff how much learning is required?
Three or four potential investors? Who knows? You can, however, be pretty sure that, if they?re for real, they?ll be hoping for a return on their investment. Where the hell is that going to come from?
As for Hammill: buy for £600,000 or loan for three and a half months for £350,000? Only an idiot would borrow under those circumstances.
I agree with you that Kenwright's tenure at Everton may be at the beginning of the end.
I also agree with Col Hughes @ 17, what has happened to Robert Elstone. When Destination Kirkby was ongoing he was very high profile, informing us all what was going on giving us cheery updates about how good the project was, but recently I haven't seen hide nor hair of him. Wonder what he makes of all that is going on at present? Don't get me wrong I think all this administration talk is bollocks (possible RS talk) but maybe there's no smoke without.....etc.
-----------
Yes, but that is one player, while Pompey were paying evryone those wages. We get people off the wage bill on loan if maybe - before Yak and Vaughan, there was Yobo in the summer. And what do we buy; a pair of kids from Europe on next to nothing by pompey's standards.
Everton has been a comparatively tightly run club the last few years. Before people line up big money mistakes like Kirkby, I mean comparatively to other clubs. We broke even in 2009 (loss only on player value amortization, which I'd guess has improved - sale of training ground for starters).
The only concern could be a creditor demanding dosh. Anyone know who that could be? - I thought most of our debt was on a mortgage.
Think about it, those of you that own shares still get the same pay packet from your employers whatever the value of your shares don't you?
Heard of stakeholder management? As the chairman of the club, Kenwright is duty bound to act in the club's interests and it is definitely in the club's interest to keep their stakeholders, meaning the sorry lot of us keyboard-thumping bastards, happy. If you alienate your customers (PAYING stakeholders), they leave. When they leave, the business loses revenue. When the business cannot generate sufficient revenue to cover its expenses, it suffers losses. When its losses become too much, the business folds.
Kenwright may own the club, but we are still his bo$$es! He cannot afford to take us for granted any longer.
Its clear that Moyes has had to reduce the wage bill and has been given no funds to do anything with. Its called the sinking lid.
Kenwright should be standing shoulder to shoulder with Moyes and supporting him in all of this, he should be jointly held responsible for our position because he is the primary shareholder and chairman.
If he said we have to cut costs because we have to repay loans earlier than expected, many fans would understand.
If he said its an effort to weed out and rebuild whilst doubling our efforts to sell, again many would understand.
Instead there is a deafening silence
from the board room and the CEO.
He had the opportunity to face fans and tell us like it is, be a man. But that moment has gone.
For all the mistakes and criticism of Moyes, he does not deserve to cop all the flak for the management of the club, yet it appears with the chairmans cilence he is being hung out to dry.
The fella on the bet fair forum who obviously works for the club said the players were supposed to be paid on 23rd Jan but weren't. I'd had this confirmed through someone from the medical side at Everton.
There are guarantees that they will get paid and as someone points out above thety have been paid so we're not Pompey yet but it does show a very serious cash flow problem.
Someone at the club needs to blow a whistle..
As for Kenwright keeping stum, is he any different from the chairmen of other clubs? Chelsea have recently fallen from grace but Abramovich never appeared to accept any blame. Wigan aren't exactly hitting top form but Whelan is remarkably quiet.
However, I agree that it's high time BK either puts up or gets out. Responding to an earlier post, who are the 3 or 4 investors longing to buy the club? Wishful thinking or what?
Martin Handley.... I'm sure you are posting in good faith but I spent many years at a high level ( divisional ) with a major retailer & that shares reasoning is just nonsense.
If you research the guys wealth, interests & current performance you'll see what I mean. There is plenty out there on him as his tax affairs, especially signing assets over to his wife in a tax haven, has drawn much recent comment.
How long has Pillip Green been involved with M&S??????
Regarding earlier posts about Robert Elstone, I actually forgot he was still at the club.
This is the man who PROMISED more transparency for supporters when he took over from Johnson.
This is the man who has not been able to sign a decent player in either transfer window for the past two season and can NOT even compete with the likes of Stoke, Birmingham, Wolves or Wigan in the transfer market.
This is a man who is searching for 24/7 for investment but can NEVER find it...despite others being able to do so
This is a man who is a LIAR...!!
"The anger over Sir Philip's tax affairs is not new. The retail tycoon, whose empire spans department store BHS to Topshop and Dorothy Perkins, did pay a £1.2 billion dividend to his wife, Tina, in 2005 via a complex tax vehicle which effectively makes her the owner of his Arcadia chain.
Because she lives in Monaco, a tax haven, she was able to receive the dividend tax-free. "
So I think he can afford a decent bottle of red to go with his Friday night take-away.
Of course, IF he wants his money back it could mean that we're in deep shit and he can see that it's now or never.
"He is heavily involved with Everton Football Club due to his friendship with chairman Bill Kenwright, but has no intention of formally investing in the club.[20] He arranged for another friend, Planet Hollywood's owner Robert Earle to purchase shares from former director Paul Gregg during a struggle for control of Everton in 2004.[21] He offers business advice to the club alongside Tesco CEO Terry Leahy and helps negotiates player transfer fees with agents."
Sorry to sound so negative but still havn't got over missing out on Kings Dock and feel we've missed another masive oportunity to move this club forward by not even having investment to retain players that were with us and other clubs with bigger ambition feel are good enough for them. Advise to Kenwright is let us know what your doing to find a buyer before your hounded out.
If things don't change I see a bleak future. The last TV interview with Moyes summed it up. His body language said it all for me. He looked glum and thoroughly pissed off.

How does that make sense from the Pienaar sale? It is a short-term loss.
On the rumours of suddenly worse finances at the club, which could only be creditors calling in debts. It's not as though we can be in more debt. What have we spent?
