Sir Paul McCartney

The above local celeb is worth £495 million according to one of the questions on Million-Pound Drop.
Isn't it about time he made a charitable donation to a certain local charity in desperate need for some investment?

China is where the money is at right now and getting more and more by the minute, the Middle East has plenty of dead dinosaurs under it and plenty of money now too but neither has been chased by the club. They'd probably go knocking on Middle Eastern doors the day after the oil runs out; too little too late as usual.
Sir John Moores wouldn't have left his fortune and business to Lord grantchester if he could have known his club was being run like it is without his family's money.(he was a true fan)
True,he's never claimed to be a Blue or a Red, but he did got to watch us at Wembley in 66 or 68. But that's about the limit of his support,I imagine. At least he doesn't bang on about the "boot room" and Shankly like that twat Tarbuck.
Ray, I heard a while ago that Stella Mc was reported to be a RS and fully agree that the plastic scousers like pound coin holder teeth Tarby and shergar impersonator Cilla got out of Liverpool the second they got fame and use their place of birth as part of their act and wqouldn't be seen dead in the place unless their agent told them it was paying.
I suppose Kenwright would of seen it as a threat and rejected it anyway.
Kenwright was always after an "investor" to help him keep the sinking ship afloat. But it is sinking because of him. There is no point putting money into the club and allowing the existing board to remain in place. You may as well try to keep a sieve filled up with water.
Chris Evans was asking questions to him from famous people, and Ian Broudie of the Lightening Seeds simply asked "Red or Blue?". He said he liked to see both teams do well. Evans started pressing him on it, and he ended up saying "Well, my dad was an Everton fan so I lean towards them more."
Not exactly ?born a blue, die a blue? stuff, but still...!
Didn't he turn us down before when offered investment?
The divorce hearings got really nasty too, they both fought for custody of the shoe.
But I don't see how it is fair to expect anyone to dole out millions, even if he is unlikely to need it. It's his money to do what he wants, and I don't see why we should demand anything.
Gavin and Ray
He is on record: he's a Blue.
McCartney's name came up in the context of funding and Bill, I think it is fair to say, almost scoffed. He started a sentence with the words, "If he's an Evertonian ..." and then he trailed off, leaving the sentence incomplete.
If you're waiting for funding from Sir Paul, I think you're waiting for Godot.
You're another one who should consider anger management...
Many psychologists believe it is better to vent your anger rather than to internalise.
Andy may appear a tad unhinged, but those who take a sniper-rifle to the top of a water tower and pick off innocents are very often described later as being "very polite" and/or people "who kept themselves to themselves".
Anyway just how DOES one 'manage' anger?
