Barkley makes U-21 bow

06/09/2011 |  2 Comments: First  |  Last
Ross Barkley made his debut appearance for the England U-21's side last night, playing three quarters of the game as the Three Lions came back from a goal down to beat Israel 4-1. Everton were well represented, with Jack Rodwell captaining England for the first half before being rested for the second. Both young stars will be in contention for the Blues' home game against Aston Villa this coming weekend.
