Gibson could be out for four weeks

Worrying news from Ireland suggests that Darron Gibson could be out of action for up to four weeks with a knee injury. In an article in today's Irish Daily Star, it is claimed that he will travel to London to have it assessed tomorrow as doctors fear he will be sidelined for four weeks after David Moyes was forced to withdraw the 24-year-old in the 82nd minute of the FA Cup 5th Round win over Blackpool.

He has consequently withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland squad to play the Czech Republic next week.
