Update to ToffeeWeb's Mobile Version

As an update to the recent "adaptive layout" upgrades we made to the site, ToffeeWeb now features the ability for readers on smaller devices to override the mobile and tablet versions of the site if they would prefer to browse the full-screen version (with pinch/zoom/scroll enabled to move around the page).

To toggle the mobile version off, mobile users should tap the "x-ed" out smartphone icon in the main toolbar, while tablet users should look for the "Change Mobile Preferences" link in the footer of the site.

To re-enable the mobile version, tap the same "Change Mobile Preferences" link in the footer to access the toggle.
