RIP Hope Kenwright

Everton Chairman Bill Kenwright is mourning the loss of his mother, Hope Kenwright, today after she passed away aged 93.

Mrs Kenwright was a frequent visitor to Goodison Park and CEO Robert Elstone paid tribute, saying: "Hope was a wonderful lady who was much loved by everyone at Goodison.

"She added a ray of sunshine on each of her frequent visits to the stadium. She adored Everton and the city of Liverpool. She will be sadly missed by her two sons, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and legion of friends."
