Just watching the Friday night Championship game, West Brom losing to Boro...
But Issac Price, formerly of this parish, just hammered home a briliantly worked free-kick.
And he almost scored an equalizer from the same spot. Oh, they have equalized now, 10 minutes left.

Just watched the highlights, wish I would have watched the whole game and a finish by Middlesborough— pity there had to be a loser.

How is that not a red card for Dalot? Not classed as violent conduct?
Maybe only "hair-pulling" falls into that category these days!

Just watching City in the Manchester derby, illi would walk into their first 11 now.
They're fucking all over the place at the back, and a crap midfield. I hope Ndiate doesn't get itchy feet!!!

Can't see us getting Wilson now, he just scored the winner for the Hammers.
Frank under pressure?

Damn, I was hoping for Callum Wilson! Hopefully, him scoring doesn't stop us potentially getting him.
The extra 2 points he got for West Ham haven't helped us either. I'm still not convinced we won't be dragged into a relegation battle.

A tale of two keepers in that Spurs West Ham game.
Areola may be a bit of a tit but he had a great game.
Vicario always fcuking moans when he concedes from corners (and gets away with them against us, Obrirn this year, and last year when Tarkowski scored).

Mane showing strength and creativity for Wolves, he's lively, hungry, everything you could want from a young player.

Tell ya what, never has Everton been screwed over by the referees as bad as what just happened to Senegal.
In time added on, the ref denied a Senegal goal on a phantom foul, and then gave Morocco an absolute gift penalty at the other end.
They have been denied a goal at one end by referee Jean-Jacques Ndala and now he has given Morocco an incredibly soft penalty.
And the Senegal manager has now pulled his players off the pitch before the penalty can be taken.

The AFCON, is looking like its going to be decided by a very, very contentious decision, but I suppose the ref is consistent because he has just ruled out a goal at the other end of the pitch for Senegal.
You can only be strong and aggressive inside the penalty area when either attacking or defending corners sometimes, and although it might be very controversial, sometimes enough is enough, when you see massive games decided by very subjective refereeing.
Theyre the rules, I just dont think they are applied consistently enough, and it absolutely stinks.

If anyone needed an example of why VAR is absolutely destroying football, then look no further than what has just happened in this game.
We have seen terrible decisions before but with the aid of television, and the knowledge of what is a foul and what is sometimes just a player simply being too strong and aggressive for his opponent, where do (we -- “not really we” because most of us fucking despise this tool, which isn't being used consistently) they draw the line?

Paul;
Correction: The worst penalty ever seen full stop.
You would almost believe he missed it deliberately and just passed it to the keeper.
Justice is served and a great goal by Senegal which is how it should be.
There are far too many controversial decisions deciding games these days.

Senegal will probably get punished, and VAR will continue to be an absolute lottery.
I was gutted when they came back out to be honest, Paul, I'd sooner walk off the pitch and just give the game away if I thought that I'd been cheated.
I've enjoyed extra time though, two very attack-minded teams playing in the perfect wet conditions for teams who want to play football with loads of energy.
