David Moyes will be looking to utilise Jack Grealish’s versatility this season after hinting that the 29-year-old could play in several positions.
Speaking to the media ahead of their Premier League curtain-raiser against Leeds United, Moyes said, “I think Jack can play in several positions. I think he can play in midfield, as well, He doesn’t give the ball away very often, but my aim is to get Jack in positions where he will get goals and assists for us.
“Look, it’s a big challenge for Jack, as well. I’m looking forward to see how he responds to it.”
When asked whether the star signing will be seen donning the Everton shirt at Elland Road, Moyes joked, “He looks the same, big calves.
“You need to turn up and find out [whether he starts]. That’s what everyone needs to do.”
If Grealish does end up getting the manager’s nod to start, he will be looking to replicate the performance from his previous trip to Yorkshire, where he assisted two of Manchester City’s goals.
Everton begin their Premier League campaign against Leeds United on Sunday.

I also spoke to a few who had complete disdain for what they referred to as a very dangerous refugee problem but I was more worried for the bored shopkeepers who just don't seem to have the same energy anymore.
They reminded me of myself with regards the football; since the introduction of VAR, amongst other things, I just can't seem to get as excited anymore.
It's the same everywhere apparently because, according to the Turks, it was only invented to help Galatasaray win the league!

I dont think there is much between him and Nico Williams, maté and definitely not £20 million.
Kenny has had a decent career in Germany, since he left Everton, for nothing, (Everton had him sold for around £5/6 million at one stage, until Brands allegedly wanted a little bit more money) and has now moved to Greece.
Maybe Williams, would get a better move if he left Forest now, but I genuinely thought Kenny, was a better player than Williams, (subjective) and we should have definitely received a decent fee for him, instead of letting him run down his contract and walking out the door on a free.

The reality I describe has meant that the world-wide top-range football clubs, players and agents have decades ago seen us as on a par with the likes of Espanyol in Spain, but much better able to pay top-dollar for dross on the field, and they've taken full advantage of our self-serving-only leadership throughout nigh on the entire Premiership.
Friedkin needs to realise this and I'm sure he already realises how pernicious the PSR system is to any club now with a mind to spend like the chosen few who still dominate as trophy winners.
What he can do about it is anyone's guess but his task dwarfs Moyes's.
Hope springs eternal they say....... unless it's in a bed of JKW I say.

To Tonys point look at Jordan Ibe and Brewster sold for 10s of millions between them based on “potential” one nos still in his 20s is playing for 400 a week in that 6 a side baller league, the other just released in a free transfer. Not a fan of his by any means but Tom Davies accomplished much more than either as did Kieran Dowell and JJK

We are a mediocre team pursuing really good players or prospects.
On most we'll be outbid or just not as attractive. But if we get one or two out of ten, job done. We got Grealish and KDH, and we will get help on the right.
But I doubt right away. More likely on loan at the end of the window. And we won't fill every vacancy in one window. Because we're going for the good 'uns, thank you. No more desperate punts like El Ghazi and Rondon and Maupay and Lindstrom and Broja. No more bodies just to fill holes.
Let's see what the process produces.

The days of a game formation without variation, fixed one-role positions, and not using a full squad are gone. Premier League teams spend millions on data and models to identify these and strategies to take advantage.

Grealish: OK Boss... but surely, not all at the same time?!

O'Neil's record is, I think, 8 in a season. Ndiaye got 9 last season.
If that lot isn't enough for midtable mediocrity, and a huge burden off my heart, then I give up.
