In the second half, another ball over the top was played to Louis Poland whose low finish got the third 5 minutes from the end, and Olayiwola doubled his tally when the ball was cut back to him for a low finish from around the penalty spot to sealed a comprehensive triumph in the dying seconds of the game.

This kind of result on the back of the Under-21s win just serves to ruin the mood of negativity around the academy.

How are we supposed to have endless debates about the failing academy if the teams win their games?

Ray Robert got the first goal,Olayiwola got the 2nd. and 4th and Poland got the 3rd.

The players who seemingly started the game, according to the fella I got this information off, which cost me a good few bob, is getting no news from the club... does that ring a bell, Michael?

The team were Lucjanciks, Boggan, McEverley, Evans, Poland, Brooks, Matos, Stewart, Olayiwola, Wren, and Loney.

Everton are very interested in Michael Noonan, the young Shamrock Rovers striker.

They sent scouts to watch play for the U17s of his country in a tournament in Arabia. Man Utd are also very interested in this young lad.
