The Saturday blackout is worthless is the modern age.

The tv companies are just rearranging the games around it.

In the age of the Internet anyone can watch any match, usually for free too, so it's not stopping people going the games, it's now just inconvenient for fans to have Tuesday night or Friday night or other games scheduled to avoid the blackout.

It's not about fans, filling or keeping the Saturday 3pm ritual anymore, maybe it was good intentionally but it's not fit for purpose.
