Everton U18s 1 - 4 Derby County U18s

Everton U18s crashed to a big loss at Finch Farm on Tuesday afternoon against Derby County in the U18 Premier League (North).

The game had gone after they fell to a 3-0 deficit at half-time, Harry Brookes (75') scoring the consolation goal.  Another new name on the roster, Levi Okorie, got a runout in the second half.

Everton U18s: Patrick, Lambert, Billington (54' Poland), Evans, McEveley, Murdock (54' Pemberton), Doughty (83' Okorie), Brookes, Robert (54' 
Stewart), Nsangou, Wren.

Subs not Used: Gospel-Eze.

I believe that may be the first goal Harry Brookes has scored at this level.

Maybe another star in the making.

Mate was paramedic there yesterday.

Thought there were a fair few inexperienced kids. Derby seemed bigger, more experienced.

Ian (2) Yes lots of 16 year old played last night and maybe the disappointment of losing the FA Youth Cup game Man City had some affect in their performance.

The U21s game v Borussia Dortmund is tonight at 7:00 pm at Walton Hall Park.
