Ivory Coast 1 - 0 Scotland

The big question for Evertonians is: Will Nathan Patterson get a game for Scotland as they take on Ivory Coast at the Hill Dickinson Stadium in the build up towards their first World Cup Finals in 28 years.

The Everton right-back can't get any game time for love nor money under David Moyes when he has been named among the substitutes only to remain unused for game after game so far this season.

He played 81 minutes for Scotland in their disappointing loss to Japan when they played at Hampden Park on Thursday. But he has not featured for Everton in the last seven games, with four of them at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.  He has made only 3 starts for Everton all season long, coming on for meaningless minutes right at the end of three other games.

Tonight's match kicks off at 7:30 pm BST and is being shown on BBC 2.

Curious what kind of attendance they get for this? I'm sure there'd be more interest if it was Senegal.

Everton apart, Ivory Coast don't have a lot of great players to draw in the neutrals.

Looks like a pretty good crowd at the Hill Dickinson Stadium tonight, Kieran.

Patterson comes on with what 20 or so to go?

Moyes watching, sucking mints.

Quick throw-in from Patterson advancing down the wing, forces a dangerous free-kick... which wins a corner.

Moyes will be worrying about the defensive cover for a quick break-out!

Disgraceful!

He casually flicks the wrappers onto the floor Brent. Gets George to pick them up.

That’s shocking, Paul. I’ll be glad to see him go if that’s true.

Got a picture Brent mate. Moyes is laughing. Agree, he has to go. Tomorrow is too late.

One hell of a save that from the Falkirk keeper

Apparently Scotland 'officially' only got 8,562 tickets for the match.

Did the comms mention something like 33,000 in attendance?

Looked like more...

Top tier of the east stand I think it is completely empty
