Everton U18s 5 - 3 Man City U18s

Wrapping up their season with their third game in 8 days, the Young Blues finished in fine style, firing five goals past Champions-elect Manchester City, who still finished top of the U18 Premier League (North).

They won the game after being behind 2-0 at the break,

Everton finished 4th, slipping one place from their promising finishing position of 3rd last season, Jake Doughty getting a brace in among a fine hat-trick from Cieran Loney.

Doughty had the chance to complete a hat-trick of his own deep into second half stoppage time, but saw his penalty saved at the death.

Everton U18s: Patrick, Boggan, Billington, Evans, McEveley, Matos, Doughty, Brookes, Loney (86' Aduda), Olayiwola (65' Murdock), Moses (69' Wren).

Loney is still only around 18 how long is his present contract for? Doughty looks like he has fine potential but is still quite young, has he signed a professional, contract yet?
