The vote to select new members to the Everton Fans' Forum is now open.

All supporters with a customer number and purchase history are eligible to vote and can select from eight shortlisted applicants.

Using their customer number and postcode (no spaces when entering the postcode) voters will be asked to select four from the eight shortlisted, with the four who receive the highest number of votes set to join the Forum from January 2016.
