Everton U18s 4 - 2 Newcastle Utd U18s

Everton U18s are at home to Newcastle Utd at Finch Farm on Saturday lunchtime in their latest U18 Premier League (North) fixture, surging into a four-goal lead before half-time.
The Young Blues needed to get back to winning ways after the disappointing exit from the FA Youth Cup at the hands of Manchester City, followed by a big home defeat to Derby County. And they showed an excelent inclination to do that with goals from 4 different players before the break.
On the score-sheet were Harry Brookes (12'), Charlie Stewart (17'), Jonathan Nsangou (20'), and Jake Doughty (43').
The Blues' prolific scoring did not extend into the second half, with the visitors getting a couple back before the end.
Everton U18s: Patrick, Lambert, Poland, Evans (62' Billington), McEveley, Murdock, Doughty, Brookes, Nsangou (90+3' McDermott), Wren, Stewart.
Subs not Used: Wilcox, Pemberton, Okorie.
