Everton U21s 4 - 1 Stoke City U21s
Everton U21s came back to win well against Stoke City on Saturday in a midday Premier League 2 fixture at the Big Help Stadium in Southport.
Roman Dixon is in the U21 team again despite more injuries for Sean Dyche's first-team squad but the visitors took an early lead inside 5 minutes.
Everton were level after 18 minutes when Charlie Whitaker danced through and slotted into the bottom right corner of the Stoke City goal. And they had a much better second half, with goals from Aled Thomas, Brian Moonan, and Jacob Beaumont-Clark adding a 4h in stoppage time.
Everton U21s: Barnsley, Dixon, Samuels-Smith, Moonan, Thomas, J Patterson [Y:43'] (63' Apter), Barker, (45' Benjamin), Bates (64' Beaumont-Clark), Morgan, (63' Butterfield), Whitaker, Heath.
Subs not Used: Tierney.
