Wigan Athletic are interested in James McFadden, or so say the Mail in a report that also suggests that the Latics are looking to pick up rumoured Blues target Nicky Maynard from Bristol City for £2m.
McFadden re-signed for Everton as a free agent earlier this season but has has managed just one start, that in the FA Cup against Tamworth earlier this month.
Bily now heading to Spartak Moscow

Diniyar Bilyaletdinov is heading to Spartak Moscow for around £7m, according to reports in Russia. The 26-year-old, who has made just seven Premier Lleague starts this season, joined the Goodison Park side from Lokomotiv Moscow in August 2009 for £9.5 million.

Both David Moyes and Steve Round have watched the 6 ft 2in striker and, with the Guinea-Bissau-born player out of contract this summer, he would fit the Blues' limited budget.
