Everton has teamed up with events and hospitality ticketing platform Seat Unique ahead of their move to the new Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock next season.

Seat Unique, based in London, will become Everton’s official premium experiences platform, providing match-by-match and event sales for the bars, restaurants and experiences at the waterfront stadium, built on the banks of the Mersey river.

“Hill Dickinson Stadium will redefine expectations of what a premium experience in sport and entertainment can be,” said Angus Kinnear, CEO of Everton Football Club.

“Huge demand has already led to memberships selling-out across our bars and restaurants as we countdown to the kick-off of the 2025-26 Premier League season – and we already have a strong pipeline of match-by-match interest.

“Seat Unique’s platform will support and scale that demand, delivering access to unforgettable experiences for our most passionate fans, as well as helping attract new fans from across the country and around the world.”

Hill Dickinson Stadium, with a seating capacity of 52,888, is expected to attract more than 1.4 million visitors on an annual basis. It will also provide thousands of jobs and is set to be a beacon for the restoration of the region around the docks.

Seat Unique, backed by England captain Harry Kane, has worked with venues including Wembley Stadium and Co-op Live in the past.

As part of what the firm is calling ‘The Seat Unique Ultimate Experience’, fans will be able to buy match-by-match access to cinematic ‘loge’ seating – enclosures with four reclining cinema-style seats and private TV monitors for highlights and replays.

Fans craving the authentic armchair experience will be able to watch matches live at the Hill Dickinson Stadium from cinematic armchairs with cupholders and TV monitors for those pesky VAR decisions. The package also includes a tour of the stadium as well as a meet-and-greet with some of the Everton players.

Robin Sherry, founder and CEO of Seat Unique, added: “Seat Unique is for the fans that want more than just a seat. It shares a vision with Everton for bigger, bolder and better fan experiences. The new stadium will be a new way to experience Everton.

“We’re incredibly proud to partner with Everton Football Club and support them in delivering an outstanding fan experience at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

“The variety of offerings is unmatched anywhere in the UK and innovative experiences like cinematic seating and the Village Street are football firsts. We can’t wait to see fans creating memories that last a lifetime.”

Any mention of how many seats and the cost?

I'm sure the income will be welcome.
For me the 'matchday experience' is about a drink with like minded supporters, catching up on friends' news and watching the game.
Nothing else.

Eric, looks like it will be four seats per 'enclosure' — I doubt if there would be more than 8 or 10 enclosures.

I was going to lead with ’Fans craving the authentic armchair experience’… but Anjishnu beat me to it and his professional journalistic tendencies ruled that out.

I like it… but then I'm a dedicated unabashed armchair fan — but I will need a spot for my prawn sarnies.

I hope they put the VAR nonsense on the monitors, but then they don't do that on the big screens, do they? It may happen with hopefully more 'transparency' moving forward.

The refs at the Club World Cup seem to be giving it a lot more verbals to the crowd about such VAR decisions... wait and see if this percolates into PGMOL.

Michael, I tend to agree with you, that paying to watch a match you already know the result of, and, have most probably seen on Match of The Day (highlights) or possibly the whole match via streaming etc.

How many are going to go along to a Stadium, that is still difficult to get to, via Public or private transport, after the event? Again, as with most things, no mention of proposed cost, should anyone wish to experience the event.

The same with the Forever Blue Membership scheme, they have conveniently, eventually released the cost, which is almost double that of the previous Official Membership — with no concessions for those over 65?

I heard these seats are not cheap. Could be as much as £6K - £7K per seat, per season.

You can buy them match by match.

Derek #4,

Sorry, I don't follow your point about going "after" the game.
These are seats to watch the game live, mate.

In keeping with the West Country Blues, Michael, salmon butties! This and even the membership can be viewed either way.

Everton finally sorting out our marketing and corporate side to generate revenue. This will only apply to those who want and can afford it.

They should still hopefully accommodate the traditional matchday supporter.

I personally wouldn't choose it. I belong in the stands.

Michael #3, it wouldn't be my preferred choice of seating, it seems a bit odd to sit at a live footy match and watch the game on the telly.

I could stay home and do that, but I was thinking when I rock up in November next year it may be a seating option, but not if I have to buy a whole enclosure.

Wonder of you can rewind, slow-mo and call up controversial decisions VAR have ignored ?

You would want to for 7K, but wouldnt these seats cause murder ?

Danny, we had a golden retriever named Yobo.

He was snow white! A gentle giant.

Looking at other clubs where Seat Unique have operated their top hospitality packages for league games are between £599 and £1900. That's per person, per game.

Think I'll be happily sticking with the pre-match pub and then the East Stand.

'Fans craving the authentic armchair experience'

Did make me laugh that. What's the world coming to!

Although, I suppose there have been many a time at Goodison I wished I'd stayed at home.

Better get in quick if you want to watch the derby from these seats.

All the plastic kopites will try to grab them with fans craving the authentic armchair experience and watching the screen.

As an ex-pat based in Florida, I was an Everton international member every year to be able to watch the friendlies at £35 a year. It seemed good value but this year it is £60 plus an as yet unannounced amount extra to watch each first team friendly online.

This is surely taking the piss, Everton.

The new owners are going to be looking to get every penny back that they can, Jay, so I think things like this are only to be expected.

It's why having an independent fan group rather than an elected Fan Advisory Board makes a lot of sense to me, but I suppose it's not going to be that important until we become successful once again.

Yuk, all too posh for me.

My want is mainly a decent and decently priced beer and as for curated food and drink — leave it to the pretentious 1% of the blues fans whoever they are. There is no pleasure greater than inverted snobbery.

Tony,

I guess the days of grass roots football and the game for the common man are gone.

Dixie would be turning over in his grave to see this modern "everyone" wants-to-be-a-millionaire game of football with land previously used for community leagues now being used for high priced housing developments.

If the demand for tickets has 17000 people waiting, why didn't they make it at least 60 thousand stadium, or 65 thousand?

It doesn't make sense that large parts of the stands have wedges cut out of them so that people can look through plexiglass and look at the Mersey. Same ludicrous idea that a false canal has been dug in at the back of the stadium that faces the… Mersey.

A hotel or training facilities could have been built on the wasted space at BMD. Yes, the BMD will make money, but, with a bit more thought on the (making more money) side,
millions more could have been made.

Too much thought was put on the heritage, dock walls, tram lines, "We have to remember our history" side crap, than making as much cash as possible for Everton Football Club.

Commencing countdown… put your helmet on.😁

Brian W, sorry for the confusion mate, I interpreted it as being outside matchday. In that case, it will surely increase the capacity of 52,088.

If suggested prices are correct even a few clubbing together would make it beyond most of us, and more expensive than watching from the stands. I'm afraid the green eyed monster is here to stay, and making the life blood of the game (fans) pay!

Agree 100% Derek.

Not something I could afford, or want, to be honest.

I'll be giving these a very wide berth. A step too far for me but if they can get revenue from it then fine.

It's Soccer, Jim… but not as we knew it.

All these high-priced seats and no sign of a team rebuild.

Looks like we are getting earners with all this hyped-up shite but we need players to make a team. The players we have left won't be getting the well-to-dos excited in their comfy seats.

Come on, Davey, stop dithering and give Kinnear a shake-up to see what loose change he has.

When I see the prices paid by youngsters to watch the likes of Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, I understand that there is plenty of disposable money around. Looking at some of the $500k+ cars in the car park, even at our "country" golf club, there are plenty people around who can and will pay big bucks to do what they want.

So, Everton FC are clearly targeting not only the average fan, who goes to watch the game but also well-heeled folk and corporates, who are rolling in it. Good business all around.

If I do manage to get over to UK again, I'll be happy to get a seat anywhere in the new Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock; if it can be close-'ish' to the halfway-line, I'd be ecstatic.

Neil #13, at £600 quid a pop I'd rather sit at home and watch it in my own armchair.

Although I have considered the $5,000 F1 tickets before now.

If this is the future I want no part of it. My preconception of anyone paying to go in one of those seats is that they'll have rarely have ever gone through any inconvenience to watch Everton and very much the "late to arrive early to leave" sort.

I used to have access to seats with a private fold out screen. It was pretty good - while attending AFL I could see the replays or, even better, watch something else on the screen.

It's not something I'd imagine Evertonians would want as part of going to watch Everton.
